Best methods to detect existence of Ghost or any Spiritual energy

Well, you might be wondered that your house is haunted.

I found these steps were pretty good in giving the perfect result that what we wanted to know.

1.Finding the signs of spirit existence.

 First of all you should at least have a confirmation to proceed further on things around you are haunted or not.
For that you have to pick up the signs that are not familiar with you and your family....

i) Scary pictures.
    The walls of your house is filled with scary symbols or signs with blood like someone's palm or may also the foot prints covered with blood. And sometimes they may even try to write their messages on the walls.

ii) Feeling someone's behind you.
    You may feel that suddenly someone appear and within a Milli second it disappear. Sometimes you may feel that someone is constantly watching your activities.

iii) Ghostly sounds.
    Kid crying, whispers, old person crying, or any other kind of music. All these kind of unknown sounds coming from only one particular area of your house.

iv) Cold places.
    Paranormal investigators believe that some places in any haunted areas are a noticeable bit colder than the other places, yes these places are cold due to the unnkown energy or radiation of something which is the spiritual energy. Keep an eye on that.

v) Dead walking.
    Electronic devices such as TV's or radios work independently, means channels will change automatically and may also switch off or on themselves. They don't wait or obey their owners command to proceed. Any doors, cupboards may open and close themselves and also the beds will go up and down(Levitating objects). The things themselves start working themselves.

2.Take pictures in all rooms.
   Some theories believe that the energy which cannot be seen by naked eye can be captured in suitable conditions. Take pictures of every room and every corner twice or thrice a week. Make sure that your camera lens should be clean in order to avoid any particular smudge on every picture. Take more pictures on the places where you feel the things are happening out of control, may you capture the spiritual energy.

3.Surround recording.
   Keep your camera turned on in camcorder recording mode and leave it in the room where you feel the incidents occurring more, on a high place to capture everything, if you have already installed CCTV setup in your home then check its live. According to electronic voice phenomenon E.V.P Ghostly voices can be recorded. These frequencies are usually below 20Khz which are quit lesser than normal human being's hearing range. By this method these kind of voices can be recorded if they exist in the room and also any unfamiliar white smoke or air and other unknown furniture moments can be captured.

4.Communicating through spirit game.

   Collect your supplies for communicating with the spirits. You'll need to make a spirit board to make way for the energies flowing from the spirit world to answer your question.  This method is less dependent on the skills of the medium, so it's a good option for beginners. To make your spirit board and communicate with a sprit, you'll need:
   Paper
   Pencil
   Candles (5)
   Lighter/matches
   Salt (rock salt preferred)
   Friends (optional)

   Locate yourself where your summoning won't be disturbed. Bright light and loud noise can interrupt the flow of spirit energy from the spirit world into your spirit board, making it difficult to get the answers you seek. You must start it at late night only to work accurately.
 

   Prepare your spirit board. Take your blank sheet of paper and write every letter of the alphabet on it along with the numbers zero through nine. You should use large handwriting and leave some space between the letters and numbers to make interpreting the message from the spirits easier. Also write the words START and END on the board.
  
  Open a spirit channel from your spirit board to the realm of ghosts. Lay your spirit board so that it is flat on the floor or table where you intend to summon your ghost. Around your spirit board, sprinkle a fine line of salt around the board to create a circle of protection, tie a white colored cloth around your forehead in order to indicate that you are there for not harming anyone.
Then:
  Place a candle at each of the four points of the compass around the outside of the circle of protection and light each. Place your fifth candle above the topmost edge of the middle of your board and light it as well.

  Place a coin on your spirit board and invoke the spirits. Do not place your coin on any letters or numbers, instead place it on a blank space on your spirit board. Then, join hands with any friends
  that are with you around the spirit board, and say:
  "Spirit, we call to you from beyond the veil. Answer our call."

  Determine if your summoning worked. Sometimes, the alignment of the stars or other factors in nature can close the doors of the spiritual world, making communication with spirits all but impossible.
To make sure you have a good connection with the spirit world through your spirit board, you should first ask:
  "Spirit, are you willing to speak with us tonight?"

  Touch the coin to provide it with energy and get your answer. Have each person involved in the summoning place a single finger on the coin lightly. You must not exert pressure on the coin, you only want to provide it with enough of your energy to reveal the answer of the spirit.
  After waiting a period of time, the coin should begin to move, pausing for moments on letters and numbers.
  Record all places the coin pauses until it either stops moving or comes to a rest on the word END.
Interpret the meaning of the message. Messages from the spirit world are often unclear, out of context. You may not be able to decipher a message right away. If you are talking to a particularly lively spirit, you may want to have a member write down each of the letters or numbers indicated by the pausing of the coin.
